4.5 tsp watkins beef soup and gravy base(can use OXO)
Onions 1 raw or 3/4 cup cooked
Whole wheat Macaroni noodles 1 cup uncooked or 2 cups prepared
Mixed Veggies 3 cups (beans, peas and carrots are what I used)
