10 cups water
1/2 of a baked sweet potato, skin removed, smashed
1/4 tspn cayenne pepper
4 brussel sprouts cut up
3 cauliflower florets - grated
1/2 c broccoli chopped small
1 cup grated zucchini
1 cup frozen peas
1/2 baked potato, skin removed, diced
1 can organic soup beans (beans and barley)
1 small can of lima beans
1 can tomato paste with italian herbs
1 cup canned corn
1 cup canned green and wax beans
14 cups of water or enough to make it look like soup and taste right (I measure by taste, smell and look)

Brown ground beef in soup pan. While it browns add garlic, basil, oregano, thyme, chopped celery, grated carrot, onion powder. Right before pouring in the water stir soup base into meat. Add water and raise temp to bring to a low boil. While water is heating up add all other ingredients, stirring often.
