Here is how you make Brazilian Soup:

Boil the chicken in a large pot with 3/4 filled with water and with 3 chicken bouillon cubes for 1 hour.Cube the onion, garlic, potatoes, peppers and the tomatoes *(First blanch the tomatoes and peal them!!)In a pot add 3 tblsp of peanut oil and once heated add the chopped up vegetables and cook till slightly softened. Add the white wine and let it simmer for 15 minutes until the potatoes have softened.Add the rice and the peasTake the chicken from the broth with a slotted spoon and tear the chicken into pieces add to the pot with the vegetables along with 4 cups of the chicken broth.
