3 tsp brown sugar
2-3 cloves garlic
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 Tbsp butter
8 Cups beef broth or 2 paper containers
1 tsp caraway seeds
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 slice provolone cheese and 5 croutons each bowl
