Anytime you steam broccoli, this soup will be a super way to use the nutrient rich water left over.Add 3 cups of water to a pot and steam broccoli until desired tenderness.Remove steamed broccoli and add 3 pieces of 2% American cheese (or whatever cheese you prefer, just make it 2% or lighter) to the pot. Add in 1 tablespoon each of dried tarragon, dried thyme, black pepper and roasted garlic. Continue to stir the soup until the cheese has melted and incorprated into the water.
