Optional Garnish : Cilantro, chopped. Optional Garnish: Reduced Fat Sour Cream or Plain Yogurt How Do I Make Anti-Stress Soup?Here is how you make Anti-Stress Soup: Put oil and or butter in soup pot or Dutch Oven.On Medium heat add leeks, onion, carrots, celery, red pepper and spices, salt, pepper and tarragon. Keep stirring until the onion becomes translucent. Add potato, garlic cauliflower and spinach. Add 2 cups of chicken or vegetable broth. Stir. Cover and reduce heat to simmer for 20-30 minutes.
