1 small onion, diced
1 small maple breakfast sausage
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp cornstarch

Fill a pot with water and chicken bouillon cube, set to boil.

Fry a small maple breakfast sausage in a frying pan, while preparing the filling -

Dice up bok choy and onion, and put in a bowl. Keep leafs from bok choy seperately. Pour on top of diced veggies, the rest of the ingredients: red wine vinegar, oyster sauce, soy sauce, cornstarch, and a dash of pepper. (salt not needed)

By this time, if your sausage is cooked, add this vegetable mix to the frying pan. Cook for 2 minutes until slightly tender, then add in the bok choy leaves and cook for one more minute.

Take off heat, prepare won ton wrappers, placing a teaspoon of filling in each won ton. When all complete, put won tons in boiling chicken stock and boil for 5-6 minutes. If any leftover filling, add it to the soup, whether or not it's in won tons.
