1/2 tsp tabasco sauce
1 cup light whipping cream (can be fat free)
1 cup nonfat milk (any kind)

Here is how you make Snappy Crab Soup:

Combine undrained crabmeat and sherry in a bowl. Marinate for 15 minutes.In a large saucepan, combine tomatoes, peas and chicken broth or water. Heat to boiling. Simmer 5 minutes or until peas are tender.Puree tomato and pea mixture in blender. Add tabasco, cream, milk, and salt.Return to saucepan. Add crab meat. Heat through.
