Soak rice noodles according to package instructions. Remove from water and drain. Combine broth, coconut and curry paste in a large saucepan. Place pan over medium heat and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally. Add baby corn and simmer for 10 minutes until tender. Add snow peas and green beans until tender, above 5 minutes.
