Slice the vegetables thinly. Heat olive oil in large pot. Add vegetables, saute for approx. 20 minutes. Meanwhile in another pot, heat 10 cups of water and add 10 teaspoons of beef bouillon, mix well. Add bouillon stock to vegetables and simmer for another 20 minutes.
