Here is how you make Red Leek Soup:

Dice up potatoes in small cubes and place in pot with lentils and chicken broth. Cook until soft. Meanwhile, cut leeks down the middle, wash, then slice the white parts. Sautee leeks in olive oil until tender, then add cooking wine, garlic, rosemary, basil, salt and pepper to taste. When the pot with the potato/lentil is done, add the diced tomatoes and use a hand blender to puree the mixture. Then add the leek mixture.
