serves 6preheat oven to 200C. To make meatballs, take tablespoons of the sausage mix and shape into balls and place on a tray, when all is done bake in oven for 10 mins. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a large saucepan over med-high heat, once butter starts to foam add leeks, garlic and cook for 3 -4 min or until soft, stirring often.Add the mushrooms, cover and cook for 10 mins, or until mushrooms are tender. Add flour and cook for 2 mins stirring constantly. Gradually add the chicken soup, stirring constantly.
