3 large Carrots, raw, diced
2 cups Trader Joe's Frozen Roasted corn
4 TBS Shallots (about 1 large shallot) diced

Add the pasta about 20 minutes before soup is finished cooking
6 oz. whole wheat spiral pasta

Add celery at the last 10 minutes of cooking
3 stalks of Celery hearts (diced)

Seasoning:
1/2 TBS Sea Salt (or to taste)
1 tsp fresh ground Black Pepper
1 TBS smoked Spanish Paprika
