Cover with plastic wrap and cook on high, rotating occasionally, until tender (about 6 mins).Meanwhile, in a pot, heat oil for 1 min over medium heat. Add kale, celery, and salt. Stir, Cover and cook, stiring occasionally, until softened, about 5 mins.Add milk, potatoes, cornstarch, and nutmeg*. Reduce heat to medium-low.
