2.0 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A

4.0 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth

Here is how you make Crockpot Cauliflower, Potato and Sausage soup:

Reserve little smokies, milk, butter, flour and 2 of the potatoes for later. Diced the remaining veggies and add to the slow cooker with the broth. Stir and simmer on low 4-6 hours. 1 hour before serving, blend the soup with immersion blender until smooth. In a seperate 2 cup container melt the butter and mix in flour til smooth. Add 1 cup soup mixture to butter mixture and combine. Return to the main pot and blend. Add the milk, blend some more. Finely dice the remaining potatoes and cut the little smokies into smaller pieces. Return all ingredients to the pot and turn on high. Continue cooking until potatoes are soft and smokies are hot.
