Here is how you make Crockpot Loaded Potato Soup:

Dice potatoes, onion, celery and carrot and place in bottom of crockpot. Sprinkle with seasonings. Sprinkle one half of the chopped bacon. Add vegetable stock and 8 cups water. Cook 8 hours over low heat. Pull out half of veggies and mash with vegetable masher or blender until chunky and small, then pour back into crockpot. Mix flour with small amount of soup and stir in half and half, pour back into pot and mix. Cook additional hour. Add mozzarella to soup before serving. Serving Size:?1.5 cup servings
