1/2 cup celery
4 cups water
3 tsp chicken bouillion
1 can fat free chicken broth
salt, pepper to taste
1 tsp parsley flakes
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp basil
hot pepper sauce (dash-to taste)
Saute:
5 tbsp hormel bacon bits
Large onion diced
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp olive oil

After mixture has cooked add
2 cups fat free half and half mixed with
1/4 cup flour
1 can campbells cream of potato soup

Here is how you make Lori's Baked Potato Soup:

Add all ingredients to a large dutch oven (except half/half and flour, cream of potato soup, onion, bacon bits, garlic and olive oil). Cook until potatoes are tender. Saute onions, garlic in olive oil until tender. add bacon bits for a few seconds. Mix with approximately 2 cups of potato/liquid mixture and use a hand blender - this will add thickness to the soup, but do not blend all potatoes. Add the blended mixture back into dutch oven.Mix half and half with flour and add into potato mixture with a can of campbells cream of potato soup. Cook for 20 minutes longer or until thick.
