Recipe is modified version found at ilovetoeatgoodfood.blogspot.com. The original recipe called for a 1/2 cup of sliced carrots as well. I don't like them, so I left them out. I upped the spinach from 1/2 c to 1 c. It calls for fresh grated Parmesan on top. I didn't include that here, so it should be added separately for calories. Could also substitute turkey sausage.

In large saucepan, brown sausage, then saute onion and garlic. Add broth, Italian seasoning, zucchini, tomatoes. Cook over medium-high, heat to boil. Add tortellini, reduce heat to medium. Cook 15 minutes or until pasta is done, stirring occasionally. Add spinach at five minutes remaining.
