6 c. chicken broth, reduced sodium
6 c. water
3/4 c. fat free half and half

Here is how you make Sausage, Corn and Wild Rice Soup:

Take 5 c. of water and bring to a boil. Add the 1.25 c. wild rice and simmer about 40 min or until almost tender.Heat 2 TB olive oil and sautee diced sausage and onions about 5 min or until sausage is browned & onion is translucent.Add carrots and celery about 5 more minutes. Add 6 cups of broth and simmer about 15 min or so.In a blender mix 1 c. water and 2 c. corn until corn is pureed and set aside.When rice is tender add the rice, the blender mixture, and the remaining 1 c. of corn to the pot w/ the sausage, veggies and broth.
