Place beans in pressure cooker the night before you want to serve them. cover with water; bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let soak overnight. In the morning, drain and rinse. Bring back to a boil, when the cooker starts to jiggle, reduce heat and cook for 10 minutes if beans are less than a year old. If beans are olderk, cook for about 30 minutes.
