Here is how you make Slow Cooker Sausage Kale Soup:

In sauce pan, heat 2 tbls olive oil, add onion (chopped) and garlic (minced). Sautee for approx 3 minutes. Dice 3 red potatoes, add to pan, cook approx 3 minutes. Remove to crockpot. In same pan, cook sliced sausage about 5 minutes, add to crockpot. Add beans. Cover with 2 quarts chicken broth, and add old bay seasoning, salt & pepper to taste.
