Here is how you make Stuffed Bellpepper Soup:

In a large pot or dutch oven, brown the ground meat on high heat and season with salt & pepper. Drain any fat if any, reduce the heat to medium low, and then add the peppers, onion and garlic. Cook about 5 minutes and add tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth and seasonings. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Serve the 1/2 cup of rice in a bowl and top with 1 1/2 cup of soup.
