1 medium onion, chopped
1 10.75 oz can of condensed tomato soup diluted with water
1 16 oz bag of Hanover Gold Line Premium Petite Broccoli Blend (contains white corn, broccoli and red bell pepper pieces)
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 TBSP dried oregano
2-3 TBSP chili powder (or to taste)
2 dashes hot sauce (or to taste)
1 tsp garlic powder
approx 1-2 tsp Adobo
1 packet Goya sazon seasoning
dash or two of pepper (or to taste)


How Do I Make Sante Fe Tomato Soup?

Here is how you make Sante Fe Tomato Soup:

1. Brown hamburger (or turkey) in a large 5 quart saucepan. Drain the fat and return to the pan. If using BocaBurger Crumbles add to soup when you add the frozen vegetables.2. Add the chopped onions and sautée until opaque in color.3. Add the can of tomato soup and dilute with equal part of water.4. Add the bag of broccoli blend and stir well5. Add the seasonings and stir well again.6. Bring soup to a boil on medium high heat. Once boiling reduce heat to medium and put a lid on to let it simmer about 10 minutes until veggies are soft and throughly heated.7. Taste test for spiciness and add more spices accordingly.8.
