If you add the dried herbs a couple of minutes in with one of the water additions it helps to rehydrate them a little.Once the onions are soft, etc. add the passata. Make the stock with 2 tsp of boullion powder and 500ml hot water and add, along with the tomato puree.Stir over a medium heat and simmer for 10 min.
