In a 4-quart saucepan, brown meat. Add onion and garlic; cook until onion is tender. Drain any fat. Stin in remaining ingredients except for corn and green beans. Cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 50-60 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add corn and green beans, cook about 10 minutes or until heated through. Additional water may be added if the soup becomes too thick.
