1 medium Russet potato - peeled and diced
2 Tablespoons Butter
1 medium onion, peeled and chopped
3 cloves garlic - chopped
1 cup dry white wine
5 cups vegetable broth
5 Tablespoons of Hemp seed
Salt and Pepper to taste
