1. In a soup pot over medium heat heat oil. Add meatballs and saute 5 mintues or until browned. Add stock, tomoatoes, carrots, and zucchini thyme and pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat adn simmer 10 minutes or until meatballs are cooked through and carrots and zucchini are almost tender.
