1 cup chopped onions
3 medium potatoes, peeled & diced

10 medium baby carrots, sliced
2 cups canned chicken broth (low fat)
2 cups water
1/4 tsp McCormick Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp seasoning salt
1 bay leaf

Here is how you make Meaty Vegetable Soup:

Slice round steak into 2" strips. Heat oil in dutch oven over med high heat. Add beef and brown. Add onions and cook until transluscent. Add Ham, breaking into small pieces. Add tomatoes and cook over medium heat 30 minutes or until beef is tender (may need to add water periodically to keep from drying out).
