chop all the veggies, heat oil in a large pot, add onion and garlic saute for 4 min,add carrots and celery root,oregano, pepper, smoked or regular paprika powder and bay leaf,add the fish broth and water,bring to a boil ,let simmer for about 10 minutes,add the coconut milk and the thai curry let simmer 10 minutes adjust spices to your liking then you can add the celery,bell pepper, broccoli florets and the cod simmer for another 5 -7 minutes until cod is done ,add the shrimp cook until shrimp is done. serve. with or without bread.Serving Size: makes 4 servings at 2 cups.as a meal. 6-7 servings as a starter.Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user INGMARIE.
