5 chicken bouillion cubes
1 cup fresh green beans, but into biote sized pieces
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots
2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup green peppers
1/2 cup kidney beans
1/2 cup uncooked rice
3 teaspoons garlic
1 tsp. black pepper
1/4 cup salsa


How Do I Make Vegetable Mushroom Soup?

Here is how you make Vegetable Mushroom Soup:

In a non-stick pan, saute celery, peppers, carrots, and garlic for 5 minutes. Add mushrooms and green beans and saute 5 more minutes. Add all remaining ingredients except rice and bring to a boil. Simmer 10 minutes. Remove about 1/2 mixture to a blender and process until smooth. Add back into soup.
