Here is how you make Vegetable Soup by TAG:

Dice potatoes and place in boiling water. Dice cabbage and add to that boiling pot. Use as much of any vegetables as you like. Boil for a few minutes till almost tender then drain water and add a box of beef broth. Bring back to boil while dicing squash and or zucchini add to soup. Dice an onion add to soup. Add a can of drained green beans and add a can of diced tomatoes not drained. Mix or match my ingredients. Play with what veggies you like and seasoning.Sometimes I will add a can of tomato sauce when my leftovers get low on beef broth. Great soup and fun to create your own favorite veggie soup with added cans of corn, peas, carrots what ever you want. If you use fresh add to boiling water so it can be cooked to a tender soft texture before adding other veggies.
