DirectionsSpray 5-6 quart stock pot with oil turn heat to med/low and add carrots, onion, celery and garlic (along with any other raw or frozen vegetables except cabbage (I prefer to add this a bit later). Cook for about 5 min, till carrots are a bit softer. Add water, soup base, tomato juice, basil, oregano and any additional vegetables. Cook for about 45 to 60 minutes.
