-4-5 cups water
- 1 cube Harvest Sun Organic low sodium bouillon cubes
-2 tbsp. curry powder
- 2 tbsp italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp. rosemary
-pinch of black pepper
- 2 packets of Mrs.Dash original spice blend
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 3 bay leaves

Here is how you make warm the heart vegetable soup:

dice onion and all of garlic and cook on high in a large soup pot with 1/2 cup of boiling water. occasionally stir until most of water has evaporated and onions are simi-translucent.-meanwhile chop celery, red pepper cauliflower and zucchini and set aside. -add in canned tomatoes and juice into pot ( i use half to 3/4 but its preference if you like tomatoes use the whole can) along with approx. 3/4 of you chopped celery cauliflower, red pepper and zucchini. ( i set aside the rest because i like some full pieces of veggies in my soup)add all spices except mrs. dash to pot. cover and simmer for 20 on medium heat.( if you dont use all the canned tomatoes feel free to add half a cup of water so ingredients dont loose all moisture) -add the 4 cups of water and vegetable bouillon and stir. cover and let simmer again for about 10 min. - remove bay leaves if whole.depending on your method ( i use a robot marie hand help blender with a blade) puree soup to a nice thick and creamy texture or until no chunks remain.-then return soup to heat (if removed and add in remaining vegetables and mrs. Dash original blend,stir, and simmer on low for another 30 min.-remove from heat and let stand about 10 min.-serve and enjoy i love it with a nice whole wheat bagette.Number of Servings: 6Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user BECCA2388.
