1T balsamic vinegar
1t. Fennel seed
1t. Olive Oil
1t Tabasco Sauce
juice from 1/2-1/4 of a lime
1 cup Water
salt, black pepper, ground cumin to taste


How Do I Make Spicy Gazpacho?

Here is how you make Spicy Gazpacho:

Pour liquid ingredients into a container with a lid. Add finely minced garlic, scallions, oil, vinegar, fennel seeds, and lime juice. Chop all vegetables to approximately the same size and add to broth. Top with fresh chopped cilantro.Adjust seasonings to taste (salt, cracked black pepper, smoked paprika, ground cumin). Stir to combine and refrigerate thoroghly. Serve very cold.Serving suggestions: may be served with sour cream or plain yogurt, fresh herbs(dill,basil, oregano, tarragon), diced green onion, olives, avocado slices, hard boiled egg, tortillas or bread.
