Cottage Cheese 4% milkfat, 0.5 cup
egg white, fresh, 2 large
Egg, fresh, 1 small
Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .5 cup
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
Blue Cheese, 2 oz
Garlic Cloves, 3 Minced
Onion, 2 thick slices chopped

Here is how you make Spinach Mushroom Stuffing and/or Spinach Burger Mix:

Mix everything together and stuff into mushrooms or measure into desired spinach burger size. Burgers can be cooked in pan (til browned then flip) or baked in oven about 10 minutes each side (flip). I usually make both stuffed mushrooms & pre-make the burgers for the week. Can make up to 2 packages of medium sized mushrooms and about Six 1/4 Cup sized spinach burgers.
