Dissolve gelatin in cold waterbring stock to a boil and add peas, onion and spinach. Cook until reduced by 1/2 cup. BlendMix gelatin with vegetable stock and spoon into 4 1-cup ramikns. Refrigerate until almost set. Add 1/4 of a boiled egg to each ramikin, pressing down in the aspic. Mix together yogurt, lemon juice, and horseradish.
