1 - In a medium heat-safe mixing bowl, pour boiling water over bulgher wheat - cover, let stand for about 15 minutes, or until water is completely absorbed.2 - Chop green onions, tomato, cucumber, parsley and celery. Add to reconstituted bulgher. Juice lemons into the mixing bowl, and add the olive oil and seasonings.3 - Stir well, cover and refrigerate until ready to serve (at least 1 hour).
