Shred 3/4 head of cabbage. Slice pepper thinly. Add in snap peas and cilantro. Slice green onion on the diagonal and add to salad mix.For dressing, combine fish sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sriracha in small bowl. Adjust to taste - it should be on the spicy side. Pour dressing over salad. NOTE: Both Sriracha (the chili sauce with the rooster on the label) and Thai fish sauce can be found in the Asian section of your supermarket.
