1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can chicken broth
1 lb. ground turkey
3 tbsp. chili powder

1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green bell pepper

Here is how you make Chili Beans with Turkey:

Cover beans in water and soak overnight. Drain and rinse. Place in large stock pot with chicken broth and enough water to cover.Brown ground turkey, add garlic, onion and bell pepper brown until tender. Add to pot with beans. Add tomato sauce and paste. Add seasonings and stir. Simmer for a few hours until beans are tender. Add water as needed to keep beans covered.
