Makes approximately 10 1 cup servings.Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic and green pepper. Cook until onion is translucent, about 10 min. Add turkey, and cook until browned, about 7 to 10 min, using wooden spoon to break up lumps. Add spices, and stir. Add beer, and cook 10 more min. Add beans and tomatoes, and cover.
