In crockpot, combine 15oz tomato sauce with 6 cups water. Add half of a medium (diced) onion. Add chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, ground red pepper, and tobasco sauce. (No measurements, just add by sight & taste.) Turn heat to high. Then brown turkey and other half of (diced) onion in one tablespoon of olive oil. Again, add spice (chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, red pepper) for seasoning. Once browned completely, add turkey (with the rest of the contents of the pan) to the crockpot. Allow to cook on high for one hour.Strain black beans, rinsing completely until water runs clear. Add black beans to crockpot.
