Reduce dishes by using one large pot or a deep chef's pan.Preheat pan then cook onions in olive oil until onions are translucent, add garlic and cook one more minute. Add turkey and brown. Add minced chili, chili seasoning, and tomatoe paste and stir. I add about six cups of water, add more or less depending on preference. Add the rinsed beans and hominy. Bring to boil then simmer 30 to 45 minutes stir occasionaly.Serve alone or over brown rice. Nutritional content does not include rice.
