How Long Does Spicy Turkey Chili Recipe Take To Prepare?Spicy Turkey Chili takes 10 minutes to prepare. How Long Does Spicy Turkey Chili Recipe Take To Cook?Spicy Turkey Chili takes 30 minutes to cook. How Many Servings Does Spicy Turkey Chili Recipe Make?Spicy Turkey Chili makes 4 servings. What Are The Ingredients For Spicy Turkey Chili Recipe? The ingredients for Spicy Turkey Chili are: add 2-3 tsp olive oil to stock pot, add crushed garlic, chopped onion and 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes...brown. Add in ground turkey, crumble and brown. Add 1 can chopped tomatoes (can use can w/green chilies or italian blend), 2 small cans tomato sauce and one small can tomato paste. Mix well. Add in can or two of water to help dilute tomato paste or use beef broth for added flavor instead of water. Add in one can drained kidney beans. Add all spices, including minced jalapenos. If too thick, add a bit extra liquid..water or beef broth to desired consistency. Let simmer for at least 30 minutes to an hour on low. Serve with shredded jalapeno cheddar cheese and tortilla chips for dipping. Add sour cream to cut heat if you find it extra spicy. If you want to make this in the crock pot, eliminate browning meat in a pan and just put everything in the crock pot and omit the olive oil. The meat will have to be chopped u a bit but otherwise will have a very smooth consistency....kind of like Cincinnati chili if you are familiar with Skyline or Gold Star Chili! I also usually use half ground turkey/half turky sauage (spicy) to add a little exxtra zing and flavor! yum! for those not faint of heart for heat! How Do I Make Spicy Turkey Chili? Here is how you make Spicy Turkey Chili: Makes about 4-6 servings depending on "heaping bowl full" ;) Good for a single person or family of two.
