1. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and brown turkey. While you are browning the turkey. Boil the water for the noodles and cook the noodles.2. Once the turkey is brown, add the 2 cans of beans, the tomoatoes, and the tomato paste. Simmer.3. Mix the taco seasoning with the 1/2 c. water and pour into the the meat mixture.
