1 Granny Smith Apple, peeled and chopped
2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp canola oil

1/2 tsp cinnamon

Here is how you make Turkey Meatballs:

Saute celery, onion and apple in oil until tender. Let cool. Add sauteed ingredients to turkey, salt, pepper, parsley and 2 tbsp of chutney. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.Shape mixture into 1 inch balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, or until done.Combine sauce ingredients (pear, cinnamon, salt, chutney, water and raisins) in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Mash or process mixture until smooth.
