Here is how you make Vegetable Dumplings:

Saute bok choy, carrots (shredded), garlic and green onion until bok choy is wilted. Add soy sauce, hot sauce and sesame seeds. Steam shrimp, then cut into small pieces and add to mixture.Drop a spoonful of mixture into middle of each wonton wrapper, fold over, then place on greased cookie sheet. Oven should be preheated to 350 degrees.Spray tops of dumplings with cooking spray, then bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
