Add water, lower the heat to medium.Add parsley leaves, beef stock, and sugar.Cook until carrots and potatoes are soft. Add milk and stir.Turn the heat off and let it cool a little before adding the yogurt and throwing it all into the blender and giving it a short whirl, just so it thickens a little.
