In order to eat more raw veggies, I wanted a dip to eat with them. I made this with sour cream first but then came along this Greek Yogurt which had the same consistency as sour cream. I can't stand a runny dip! It ended up tasting great. A great alternative for a healthier and lower calorie dip but has the texture of sour cream.
