This is my own healthier version of the Zuppa Tuscana that they serve at the Olive Garden. It is not the same, but just as tasty. I used reduced fat sausage, lower sodium turkey bacon and 1% milk instead of the alternatives (regular sausage, regular bacon and heavy cream). And I LOVE the Kale so I added and extra cup to my recipe than you might like, so adjust that as necessary.
