1 ½ Cups of Chow Mein Noodles
½ cup of Chow Mein Noodles for topping
2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
Pepper, Garlic Powder, Cajun Spices – whatever spice you like to use.

Here is how you make Brenda's Chow Mein Noodle Casserole:

1. Preheat Oven to 3752. Scramble fry ground beef until browned. Add seasonings, garlic powder, pepper etc. Do not add additional SALT! Drain all fat. Place hamburger on a paper towel and squeeze out any additional fat. Put into a 1 ½ Quart Casserole dish.3. Add the rest of the ingredients except the ½ cup of Chow Mein noodles. Stir to mix well. Smooth top.4.
